Bee directly references seeing trees used as supports for communication wires in Eastern Europe, this busy nexus of lines also relates to hair, veins, nerves, vines and webs. The once supportive structure is now severed – suggesting a subversive disconnect from functionality – a blockage or a snag in the system.
